seriously, have you ever seen anything like it? john was extremely intrigued, cause, you know, he wants to have a cow in our backyard. thank god it is against our convenance rules! we decided to stop on the way back from fd to take some pictures. so, here we are like tourists, stopping on the side of the road! we thought it would be really funny if ash's bus would've come by! embarrassing!
so, we get home and john googles cattle breeds and discovers this is a belted galloway. then, he looked up the name of the cattle ranch and found they have a whole website. omg! he was busy for an hour checking that out! turns out it all started with the 2 bulls that you see in the second picture! and, the ranch is all organic.

we did see some horrific lightning, and it rained hard for awhile, but no storms, thank goodness!
we stopped for treats on the way home. can anyone tell me what john got? :)

That is so funny! I remember the first time we saw cows like that and our reaction was the same. But we also thought the cows should be embarrassed with coloring like that!
