Grandma Dalmer's Clematis

When Tom's Grandma Dalmer died a few years ago, we dug up her beautiful clematis and planted it in our backyard. We were a little worried about the transplanting, but it did fine, lots of blooms the first year. Well, a couple of years later, we built our house, and once again dug up the plant. Oh, my, gosh! This plant is sooo hardy! From the first year, it has just flourished! We are so glad it made both uprootings because it has such special memories for us!
